Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in Trade & Construction.
• Proficient with hand and power woodworking tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform building operations maintenance in accordance with safety procedures.
• Oversee custodial services and grounds maintenance as directed.
• Complete job documentation (Work Orders, timesheets, safety reports) accurately and promptly.
• Operate vehicles and material handling equipment as needed.
• Assist with electrical repairs under supervision.
• Support EHS requirements and safety practices on site.
