Qualifications

• Must hold a current unrestricted C-Class driver's licence.
• Forklift LF licence or ability to obtain one.
• Hands-on repairs, lifting, ladders, and tool operation.
• Experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or facilities/grounds maintenance.
• Full Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning internal and external areas daily to maintain hygiene.
• Grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, weed control, and cleaning paths.
• Waste collection and disposal for office and site areas.
• Stock monitoring and liaising with cleaning contractors.
• Minor repairs and setup using hand and power tools; follow safety standards.
• Report facility deficiencies and ensure site security compliance.
