• Manage contractor performance, ensure works are safe, on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance issues and asset improvements.
• Assist with compliance obligations, including essential services and WHS.
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Support capital works and minor refurbishment projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

• Responding to tenant maintenance requests and providing outstanding customer service.
• Supporting capital works and minor refurbishment projects.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in facilities, building maintenance, property operations, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of commercial building services and maintenance processes.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers.
• Knowledge of WHS requirements and building compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
