Job summary

• Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management or Building Services.
• Experience managing facilities in heritage/public buildings.
• Solid understanding of air conditioning and electrical systems.
• Experience with contract management in building services.
• Strong knowledge of Work Health and Safety regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
