Mid North Coast Local Health District is seeking a Maintenance Assistant - Physical Resources to help maintain our facilities and grounds across sites. The role is hands-on, involving general maintenance tasks, gardening duties and keeping outdoor areas safe and well-presented.

You will work with a supportive team to respond to requests, maintain equipment and contribute to a high-quality environment for staff, patients and the community.

Qualifications

• Practical maintenance abilities
• Grounds maintenance experience (preferred)
• Team player with good communication

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance and enhancement of physical resources across health campus sites
• Perform general maintenance and gardening duties to keep outdoor areas well-presented
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure equipment and facilities are safe and functional
