Job summary

Southern NSW Local Health District in Eurobodalla is seeking a Gardener/Maintenance Officer to keep our rural health facility safe, well presented and compliant. You will maintain gardens, grounds and assets to support quality patient, client and consumer care.

Permanent full-time role with 38 hours per week. A current driver’s licence and ability to travel are required; experience with garden machinery and basic repairs is essential.

Qualifications

• Gardens and grounds maintenance experience.
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment.
• Knowledge of herbicides, pesticides and fertilisers.
• Time management and problem solving with limited supervision.
• General labouring duties and basic cleaning techniques.
• Teamwork and collaboration to achieve goals.
• Effective communication and ICT skills.
• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel.
