  • Must be an Australian citizen and/or eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate front-of-house and workplace services to ensure tasks are executed professionally, efficiently, and to the required standard.
  • Oversee reception, visitor management, and site access processes, providing a welcoming experience for employees, visitors, contractors, and guests.
  • Support workplace events, meetings, VIP visits, catering arrangements, and executive activities.
  • Monitor and respond to, emails, mail, courier services, and general enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate workplace consumables, stationery, amenities, and contractor services to maintain presentation and operational standards.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for facilities, site security, visitor management systems (VMS), and workplace utilisation reporting.
  • Assist with contractor coordination, site inductions, access requirements, and compliance with security procedures.
  • Support EH&S programs, emergency preparedness activities, and the identification and remediation of workplace safety concerns.
  • Effectively use workplace technologies and systems to deliver high-quality customer service and operational support.
