Cars24 Australia is seeking a sharp Facebook Car Buyer (Casual) to source vehicles on Facebook Marketplace and groups nationwide, secure sellers, and move deals to inspection, offers, and payment.

You’ll operate with no fixed hours, earn on the margin of each car sold, and benefit from Cars24’s inspection network and instant offer technology behind every deal.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of success buying cars: flipping, wholesale, dealer buying, or similar high-ticket negotiation.
• Comfort using Facebook Marketplace and buy-and-sell groups to source deals.

• Hunt Facebook Marketplace and groups daily for vehicles that fit Cars24 buying criteria.
• Engage sellers quickly and professionally and sell them on the speed and certainty of Cars24.
• Line up inspections and instant offers through the Cars24 platform.
• Negotiate and close a high volume of deals, fast, at the right price.
• Keep your pipeline full and every lead updated in Cars24 systems.

About the Role

Facebook Marketplace is full of cars that should be on our lot. We want a sharp, hungry buyer to find them, win the seller over and close the deal. You will work Marketplace and buy-and-sell groups across Australia, engaging private sellers with something no flipper can match: the Cars24 promise.

A professional inspection, an instant offer and fast, guaranteed payment, backed by our technology and a national brand. You find the car, make the connection and negotiate the deal; we handle the inspection, paperwork, collection and payment.

This is a casual, commission-heavy role with no fixed hours. Work when the deals are there, as long as the results are delivered and your pipeline stays hot. You earn on the margin each car makes at retail, so the better you buy, the more you take home!

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• A real interest in cars and a good read on what a car is worth.
• Confidence negotiating and closing, and the drive to do it at volume.
• Comfort working Facebook Marketplace and buy-and-sell groups, and spotting a bargain fast.
• Self-motivation: you manage your own time and keep deals moving without being chased.
• A smartphone, reliable internet and a full Australian driver's licence.
