Job summary

Rothshire is seeking an experienced Remedial & Facade Engineer to join our team in Artarmon, NSW. The role focuses on inspecting and assessing existing facades and envelopes, diagnosing defects and developing remedial strategies with accurate reporting and drawings.

You will collaborate with architects, contractors and other consultants, perform site inspections, structural assessments and contribute to project delivery while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in facade and remedial engineering.
• Sound knowledge of building envelope and facade systems.
• Strong structural engineering background.
• Understanding of building physics, including thermal performance, moisture and durability.
• Knowledge of Australian building codes and standards.
• Strong report-writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess existing building facades and envelopes.
• Diagnose defects and develop remedial strategies.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings and specifications.
