Job summary
Fairview is seeking a Façade Field Manager to support our façade and cladding projects across commercial, residential, and high-rise developments. The role blends office-based technical coordination with regular site visits, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved throughout the project lifecycle.
Based in Sydney with approximately 50% site travel, you will read drawings, coordinate with engineers, train installers, and ensure quality outcomes while leading teams.
Qualifications
- Experience on commercial, residential, high-rise, or complex construction projects.
- Experience working with builders, architects, designers, or specifiers.
- Experience in the building and construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction materials and the building process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design Management: collaborate with engineers to resolve design issues and provide input during design and construction.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation.
- Assist installers by providing training on façade installation, resolving queries, and documenting site inspections.
