This full-time role requires RSA, flexibility to work mornings and evenings, weekends, and a hands-on approach to lifting and stock deliveries. You will mentor a team, uphold high standards, and share passion for pub food and drinks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service excellence and guest focus.
• Experience in a supervisory or lead role on a hospitality floor.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.

Responsabilités

• Supervise front-of-house operations on the bistro floor.
• Lead by example and ensure high service standards.
• Recommend menu items and beverages to guests to enhance their experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service.
