Cruise Bar is a Sydney icon at The Rocks, seeking Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver top-tier service with energy and personality. You’ll work across bars, dining spaces, and events, maintaining presentation standards and supporting smooth operations.

We value a bright, guest-focused attitude, RSA certification, and availability for weekends and holiday rosters. On-the-job training and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hospitality experience preferred (attitude is key).
• Current RSA certificate required.
• Availability for 20–40 hours per week, including weekends and New Year’s Eve.
• Willing to work a rotating seven-day roster.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic.

Responsibilities
