Job summary

Rydges Port Macquarie is seeking a friendly Food and Beverage Attendant to join the hotel team. You’ll deliver standout service across our restaurant, bar, and events, especially in the evening shifts and breakfast service. Training will be provided for menu items and wine knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as an F&B attendant or waitstaff.
• Knowledge of wine and cocktails (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Work across the a la carte restaurant and breakfast, lunch, and events.
• Assist with setup and clearing, and support guest needs.
