Rydges Sydney Airport is seeking a casual Event Food & Beverage Attendant to join our on-site team. You will set up and service event spaces, deliver food and beverages with a smile, and help create memorable experiences for conference, meeting and event guests.

The role requires 1+ years in F&B or hospitality, friendly communication, and the ability to work flexible weekends and evenings. Training is provided, and a supportive team culture is offered at our airport location.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in F&B or hotel/waitstaff.
• Knowledge of food and beverages, wine and cocktails (training provided).
• Warm, friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Must be able to carry multiple plates and clear tables.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, providing menus and a welcoming vibe.
• Take accurate orders, including special requests.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across service areas.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols.
