Job summary

Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants for our Conference & Events team in Sydney. You will assist with setup, service and pack down across conferences and events, delivering friendly service and working closely with kitchen and sales teams to ensure smooth, timely delivery of experiences.

You’ll contribute to a high-energy, guest-focused team while maintaining tidy service areas and complying with WHS and RSA regulations.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow, flexible to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up, service and pack down function spaces.
• Deliver friendly, efficient food and beverage service across conferences and events.
• Work closely with kitchen and sales teams to ensure smooth service.
• Keep function and service areas tidy, organised and well stocked.
• Bring energy to a fast-paced team and create memorable guest experiences.
• Follow hotel policies, WHS requirements and RSA regulations.
