Job summary

Deep Blue Hotel & Hot Springs in Warrnambool is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our diverse team. You will deliver welcoming dining experiences across buffet breakfast, café, bar and restaurant service, working with our kitchen and hotel teams to ensure attentive guest service.

Applicants should have a minimum of two years’ hospitality experience, RSA and Food Handler certificates, and be reliable, punctual and able to handle a busy service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' hospitality experience (hotel or resort restaurant & bar)
• RSA and Food Handler certificates required
• Casual positions available with potential for part-time or full-time employment
• Immediate start available

Responsibilities

• Providing warm, professional and attentive service to our guests.
• Setting up and delivering buffet breakfast service.
• Providing à la carte table service.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Preparing barista coffee and other café beverages.
• Using POS systems and processing guest payments.
• Maintaining clean, organised and well-presented restaurant, café and bar areas.
• Following food safety, hygiene and Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements.
• Working closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
