Job summary

G’day Group is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant/Bartender for our Noosa park, delivering exceptional service and ensuring bar and dining areas meet our Discovery brand standards. The role requires at least 2 years in hospitality, RSA certification, a team spirit with autonomy, strong time management and communication, cocktail experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Weekend shifts and flexible hours are common.

Qualifications

• Fantastic customer service
• At least 2 years experience in hospitality
• Certified Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Team orientated but also able to work autonomously
• Excellent time management skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Cocktail experience preferred
• Flexible attitude to hours, including weekends and on short notice
• A current valid driver’s licence is essential

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and F&B waiting for the park to ensure the presentation of bar and food areas in accordance with the high standards of our Discovery brand
• Maintain bar and dining area presentation to high Discovery brand standards and guest expectations
