Job summary

G’day Group is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to join its resort team. You will deliver excellent customer service and handle F&B waiting duties to uphold our Discovery brand standards. The role requires a current RSA and flexibility to work weekends and short-notice shifts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service excellence in hospitality or related field.
• Experience in food and beverage service and waiting tables.
• Certified RSA/Responsible Service of Alcohol is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and F&B waiting at the park.
• Ensure bar and dining areas are presented to brand standards.
• Support stock control and maintain cleanliness and safety.

About the Role..

We are looking for a great person to join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant. You will provide excellent customer service and F&B waiting for the park to ensure the presentation of bar and food areas in accordance with the high standards of our Discovery brand.

About You..

To be successful in this role you must have the following knowledge, experience and attributes:

• Fantastic customer service
• Previous experience in hospitality industry and Food and Beverage waiting
• Certified Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Team orientated but also able to work autonomously
• Excellent time management skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Stock control experience
• Flexible attitude to hours, including weekends and on short notice.
• A current valid driver’s licence is essential.
