Job summary

NRMA Parks and Resorts is seeking multi-skilled hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest service across our food and beverage outlets. You’ll welcome guests, offer tailored options with a can-do attitude, and work across shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

You’ll bring experience in waiting, barista and bar service, strong beverage knowledge, and a genuine interest in local produce. RSA and food safety certificates are required.

Qualifications

• Waiting, barista and bartending experience preferred.
• RSA certificate is a must.
• Do Food Safety certificate is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide general waiting and service duties for food and beverages.
• Ensure accurate docket processing and cashiering where required.
• Setup and reset restaurants and conference/ function areas as needed.
