Job summary

Rydges Canberra is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. You’ll deliver standout service across hotel food & beverage outlets, greeting guests, serving with a smile, and keeping spaces polished and welcoming.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of F&B experience, knowledge of wine and cocktails, and a warm, guest-focused approach; training will be provided. This is a hands-on, energetic role in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a F&B attendant or waitstaff, ideally in events.
• Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
• Warm, friendly and approachable manner with guest experience at the forefront.
• Must be able to carry multiple plates and clear tables.
• Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Join the team as a F&B Attendant and you’ll be part of the vibrant team delivering standout service in the across the food & beverage outlets in the hotel.
• From greeting and serving guests to keeping the space polished and welcoming, you’ll help to deliver a great guest experience.
