Job summary

EVT Limited is seeking a friendly F&B Attendant for our Canberra hotel. You will join a vibrant team delivering guest-focused service across our food & beverage outlets, greeting guests and ensuring a polished, welcoming space. Applicants should bring 1+ year in F&B, knowledge of wines and cocktails (training provided), and a warm, approachable manner that puts guests first. Local applicants preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Join the team as a F&B Attendant and you’ll be part of the vibrant team delivering standout service in the across the food & beverage outlets in the hotel. From greeting and serving guests to keeping the space polished and welcoming, you’ll help to deliver a great guest experience. This is a hands‑on role where energy, attention to detail, and a love for great hospitality shine.

What you bring

• 1+ year of experience as a F&B attendant or waitstaff ideally in events.
• Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
• Warm, friendly and approachable manor with guest experience at the forefront
• Must be able to carry multiple plates and clear tables.
• Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable.
