Job summary

Zouki is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager in Westmead to help lead the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction, and support the F&B Manager in developing a strong, capable team.

The successful candidate will have supervisory or management experience in hospitality, be skilled at leading from the floor, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

Working closely with the F&B Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, support and develop our team, and ensure consistently high standards across service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
