Job summary

OPSM, part of EssilorLuxottica, invites applications for a Store Manager role leading the Oran Park team in Sydney. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and training staff on luxury eyewear brands.

You’ll manage rostering, stock control and visual standards while championing innovative products and technology. A strong leadership record in retail and a passion for eyewear are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to implement change and drive product adoption.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of eyewear tech and luxury brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Successfully lead teams through change, including new and innovative products and technology
• Drive adoption of new products by ensuring your team is confident, engaged and customer-focused
• Oversee daily store operations including rostering, stock control, visual standards and compliance
• Champion exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge
• Recruit, develop and retain a passionate retail team
