Job summary

Oscar Wylee is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day retail operations at The Galeries store in Sydney CBD, helping ensure excellent customer service and eyewear styling guidance.

Work closely with the Store Manager to lead a energetic team, coach colleagues on the shop floor, and build lasting relationships with customers while upholding company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing sales role, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• A natural team player who enjoys supporting and coaching others on the shop floor.
• Able to work closely and build positive relationship with Store Manager to maintain a professional environment and customer service
• Confidence in building genuine connections with customers and creating beneficial in-store interactions.
• Has a positive, proactive attitude! You will bring energy to the team and love being part of a collaborative, supportive environment.
