Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a friendly store atmosphere.

• Explain offers and services clearly to help informed choices.
• Perform pre-screening tests with full training provided.
• Measure and adjust frames for fit.
• Process orders for glasses and contacts efficiently.
• Schedule follow-up appointments for customer care.
