Job summary

Pipe Couplings (A/Asia) is seeking reliable Pipe Extrusion Operators to join a hands-on production team in Australia. The role involves operating extrusion lines, performing quality checks and preparing products for dispatch, within a fast-paced environment.

We offer fixed shifts (day 6:00am–2:30pm, night 10:00pm–6:30am) and weekly pay. Applicants must have working rights in Australia; forklift licence is preferred but not essential, and overtime opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pipe extrusion lines.
• Conduct routine quality assurance checks on finished pipe products.
• Monitor pipe dimensions, print quality, wall thickness and product consistency.
• Strap, bundle, coil and prepare products for dispatch.
• Assist with line start-ups, shutdowns and changeovers.
• Maintain production records and report faults or quality concerns.
• Support housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and production teams to meet output targets.

About the Role

As a Pipe Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring pipe extrusion lines, conducting quality checks, handling finished products, and supporting safe and efficient production operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring pipe extrusion lines
• Conducting routine quality assurance checks on finished pipe products
• Monitoring pipe dimensions, print quality, wall thickness, and product consistency
• Strapping, bundling, coiling, and preparing products for dispatch
• Assisting with line start-ups, shutdowns, and product changeovers
• Maintaining production records and reporting faults or quality concerns
• Supporting housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Working collaboratively with supervisors and production teams to meet output targets
