Zip Co Limited (ASX: ZIP) is seeking a Compliance Operations Manager in Sydney to lead external dispute resolution processes, privacy requests and regulatory obligations.

You’ll partner with Risk, Compliance, Customer Service, Credit, Fraud and Product teams to ensure fair outcomes, timely responses and continuous process improvements.

Your experience in financial services and dispute resolution, with AFCA exposure, will help strengthen Zip's approach to compliance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in compliance, legal, dispute resolution or financial services.
• Experience with external dispute resolution processes and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of AFCA or similar external dispute resolution frameworks.
• Strong written communication and ability to explain complex matters clearly.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of external dispute resolution complaints from investigation through to resolution.
• Prepare submissions to external dispute resolution bodies with evidence and regulatory considerations.
• Coordinate privacy requests and ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Oversee EDR workflow including allocation, escalation and progress monitoring.
• Build relationships with external bodies and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate complaints with cross-functional teams to identify underlying issues.
• Identify trends and translate insights into practical improvements.
• Prepare reporting for risk and governance forums.
• Contribute to ongoing development of Zip's EDR framework.
• Support training and capability development in dispute resolution.
