Site Supervisors wanted for Rollout National– ABN Contractors (Short-Term, Full-Time).

We are looking for experienced Site Supervisors to join our team on a short-term, full-time contract basis for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.

• Contract duration: 3–6 months
• Employment type: Contract
• Shifts: Must be available for both day and night works
• Locations: Positions available in NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, and SA

Rollout, a subsidiary of Prime Build, was established in 2020 as a specialist division providing a tailored partnering approach to nationally operating clients with roll-out requirements for large scale that require project management, design and construction multi-site programmes.

The Opportunity

• You’ll be working on a diverse range of Rollout projects while managing a team of tradesmen & subcontractors to oversee all construction activities & contractors on-site with an uncompromising focus on quality & safety.
• Scope of works delivery & working with the Project Manager on planning, programming & scheduling to deliver the project on time, in full, & within budget.
• You’ll enjoy a high level of interaction with clients & acting as a brand ambassador of our company.

About you

• 3 years in construction as a Site Supervisor with some experience in live environment works essential.
• Commercial fit-out/Rollout experience (retail multi-site experience a bonus).
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable, consistent work ethic.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and related key stakeholders.
• A track record of successfully delivering complex, live-environment projects
• A commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in delivery
• Confident with IT/tech/apps (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Procore)
• Australian resident qualified to work in Australia
