Job summary

Maxima invites expressions of interest for Electrical and Mechanical Apprentices in Sydney. You'll receive hands-on training in installation, modernisation, servicing and repair of elevators, escalators and travelators, while completing a relevant trade qualification.

About the Role:

• Apprentices will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience in the installation, modernisation, servicing and repair of elevators, escalators and travelators.
• Throughout your apprenticeship, you will develop and apply a strong combination of electrical and mechanical knowledge and skills. You will be encouraged to troubleshoot effectively and develop creative solutions to a variety of technical challenges encountered in the workplace.
• To provide broad exposure to the business, you will rotate between the Service and Construction divisions throughout the duration of your apprenticeship. This experience will provide a well-rounded understanding of the industry, equipment and operational requirements.
• You will also work closely with customers and internal teams, providing valuable opportunities to develop and strengthen exceptional customer service, communication and professional skills.

Role Requirements:
