Sika Australia seeks a Technical Sales Representative to drive market growth by delivering technical expertise and tailored solutions across contractor, applicator, engineer and specifier networks in Australia. Our Technical Sales Representatives play a pivotal role in driving our market growth by delivering technical expertise and tailored solutions directly to our customers and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong relationships across contractor, applicator, engineer, and specifier networks.

Manage assigned territories, grow existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Provide on-the-ground technical advice, system recommendations, and application support.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal technical, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
