Job summary

Central Highlands Regional Council in Emerald, QLD is inviting Expressions of Interest for two permanent fulltime Library Officer positions. The roles cover customer service, library operations, administration and events across our community spaces.

Salary is Stream A, Level 2: $89,091.34 - $94,774.01 per annum, inclusive of superannuation and allowances, with a supportive team culture and opportunities for professional development in a thriving regional setting.

Qualifications

  • Experience in library/customer service is desirable (from job posting).
  • Eligibility to work in Australia: Australian citizen, permanent residency, or visa permitting work in Australia permanently.
  • Pre-employment checks include Right to Work in Australia, Queensland Working with Children check, reference and licence checks, and medical assessment.

Work Type: 2 x Permanent Fulltime positions (hours of work varies between 8:00am- 6:00pm, required to work alternate Saturdays on a roster basis)
