Bank Australia Limited is offering an entry-level traineeship at our Kew branch. The 12-month, full-time program provides a solid foundation in banking while you study for a Certificate III in Financial Services.

What you will be doing

• Develop and refine your customer service skills (interpersonal, verbal and written)

• Gain a good working knowledge and understanding of banking practices, policies and processes
• Build a solid foundational understanding of the banking sector
• Learn new systems and banking processes
• Be part of and experience a professional work environment
• Complete the Financial Services Reform Act (FSRA Tier 2) certification, enabling you to establish client relationships and analyse needs, negotiate client solutions, general and personal advice on general insurance
• Complete the Certificate III in Financial Services.

A salary will be paid in accordance with the Banking, Finance and Insurance Award 2020.
