Job summary

Menzies is seeking reliable, motivated and hardworking Cleaners to join our team delivering ongoing cleaning services across our Kensington sites, Sydney.

We have a variety of part-time opportunities available, with most positions operating Monday to Friday. Full training, equipment and ongoing support will be provided. All applicants must complete a Police Check and have right to work in Australia if not a citizen or permanent resident.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience in commercial environments is desirable.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and client standards.

Responsibilities

• Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, study spaces and communal living areas.
• Cleaning offices, administration areas.
• Collection, segregation and disposal of waste and recycling materials.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and spot cleaning of internal and external areas.
• Cleaning walkways, entrances and outdoor communal spaces.
• Restocking consumables and maintaining presentation standards.
• Responding to scheduled and ad hoc client requests.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Delivering services in accordance with agreed quality and performance standards.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Menzies is seeking reliable, motivated and hardworking Cleaners to join our team delivering ongoing cleaning services across our Kensington sites.

In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming living environment for staff by providing high quality cleaning services in accordance with client standards, safety requirements and contractual performance expectations. Full training, equipment and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, study spaces and communal living areas
• Cleaning offices, administration areas.

About You

Previous cleaning experience in commercial, educational, accommodation environments is desirable but not essential.
