Job summary

Sharp and Carter is recruiting for a Transport Coordinator / Loadout Planner in Brisbane for an AM shift, full-time. You will link the plant with customers, organizing how product leaves the site and where it goes.

The role balances 90% coordination with 10% planning, offering ownership of day-to-day operations and exposure to export shipping processes within a fast-paced meat operation.

Qualifications

• Background in transport coordination or logistics
• Meat industry experience strongly preferred
• Able to think ahead and plan stock needs in advance
• Calm, organised and effective under pressure
• Strong communicator and genuine team player

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport and loadouts for export and domestic product
• Organise where product is heading and ensure on-time delivery
• Work with planning team to forecast stock requirements
• Liaise with carriers, shipping contacts and internal teams
• Learn export container and shipping processes (EMTCs)
