  • Manage inbound and outbound MTCs to support full product traceability
  • Coordinate road, sea, and air freight bookings with transport providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
  • Monitor export shipments and proactively resolve delays, disruptions, or compliance risks
  • Prepare load plans, dispatch schedules, and transport instructions
  • Manage temperature monitoring devices for temperature-controlled shipments, including activation, retrieval, reporting, and deviation escalation
  • Support export planning, capacity management, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide cross-functional support to supply chain, quality, operations, and customer service teams
  • Proactively elevate operational risks, delays, or compliance issues to the Factory Logistics Manager
About You

  • Strong understanding of export documentation, traceability, and international shipping processes
  • Experience working in FMCG, manufacturing, food, or other fast‑paced operational environments
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and time‑management skills
