Xylem is seeking an Expert Service Center Technician for both workshop and onsite services at Kemps Creek, Australia. The role covers electrical, mechanical, and diesel systems, with a focus on safe, efficient service delivery and accurate record-keeping.

You will work autonomously, providing technical guidance as needed, and support branch operations with service records and equipment upkeep. Prior trade experience and a strong safety mindset are essential.

• Experience as Electrical Fitter/Service Technician.
• Relevant Trade Certificate - Electrical Tradesperson.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding capability.
• Good communication skills and ability to clearly communicate technical information.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out workshop and onsite services on various Xylem products (both mechanical and electrical).
• Prepare service reports.
• Repair, monitor and install equipment.
• Provide feedback to customers on each service visit.
• Inspect and test products prior to dispatch to customers.
• Clean, strip and rebuild systems, pumps, and mixers in the workshop or on the customer site if required.

The role includes preventative maintenance, inspections, breakdown support, advanced troubleshooting and repairs across electrical, mechanical and diesel systems.You will also support branch operations more broadly by maintaining accurate service records, helping ensure tools and equipment remain in safe working condition, and contributing to strong customer outcomes through reliable technical support.
