• Formal trade qualification as a Motor Mechanic or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience working as a Motor Mechanic in a workshop or dealership.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication with customers and ability to explain technical information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and diagnostics to identify issues.
• Perform servicing, tune-ups, oil changes and tyre rotations.
• Repair/replace components including brakes, suspension and electrical systems.
• Document work performed and communicate vehicle condition to customers.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workshop.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workshop operations.
