Job summary

Geely Auto Australia is seeking an energetic Events & PR Specialist to join the Marketing & Communications team. This hands-on role focuses on bringing ideas to life through vehicle launches, media drives, motor shows, brand activations and PR campaigns.

You will support planning and delivery of key events, sponsorship activations and PR programs, working with internal teams, agencies, suppliers and partners to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in events, PR, communications, experiential marketing or sponsorship activation.
• Experience delivering brand events, product launches, consumer activations or sponsorship programs.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating agencies, suppliers and multiple internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of Geely Australia's key events, including vehicle launches, media drives, motor shows and brand activations.
• Coordinate with event, creative and production agencies to ensure deliverables meet brand standards.
• Assist with event budgeting, quotations, purchase orders, invoices and post-event reconciliation.
• Provide hands-on support across bump-in, live event days and bump-out.
• Contribute to post-event reviews, capturing results and learnings.
• Support sponsorship contracts, activations and partner events to bring Geely's sponsorships to life.
• Coordinate on-ground activations, vehicle displays, hospitality, competitions and other sponsorship deliverables.
• Manage press fleet program logistics including media bookings and vehicle transport.
• Support end-to-end coordination of vehicle launches, media drives and media events.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Brand, Product and agency teams to maximise content opportunities around events.
