Wanderlust is seeking a Site Operations and Activation Manager to be the operational backbone of our event sites, delivering immersive experiences that reflect our wellness ethos.

Based in Brunswick Heads, you’ll oversee on-site operations, logistics, supplier management and partner activations across events nationwide, with travel across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll bring 7+ years in live events and a calm, proactive approach to leadership.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience across site operations, event logistics, production, experiential or brand activation.
• tertiary qualification in Events, Marketing or Creative Industries (or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of live event and site delivery across multiple formats with strong project, production and budget management skills.

Mansioni

• Site Operations & Event Delivery: lead on-site operations, support team and volunteers, deliver guest and talent experience.
• End-to-End Logistics: own pre-, on- and post-event logistics, run sheets, site maps and CAD layouts, contingencies and travel.
• Venue, Supplier & Production Management: assess sites, manage venues and suppliers, oversee infrastructure, secure permits and WHS compliance.
• Brand & Partner Activations: production of brand activations, sponsor zones and immersive moments with build crews.
• Budget & Resourcing: forecast budgets, work with Finance, source casual staff and contractors.
• Systems & Reporting: create templates, lead post-event debriefs and learnings.
