Job summary

V/Line Corporation is seeking an experienced Train Driver to join our Albury operations. Based in Albury/Wodonga, the role involves safely operating rail vehicles to timetable requirements and working with a professional safety-focused team to deliver reliable services across the network.

The ideal candidate is already a qualified Train Driver with passenger or freight rail experience and must meet ARTC and gauge qualifications.

Qualifications

• Current Train Driver with passenger and/or freight rail experience.
• Strong commitment to safe rail operations and teamwork.
• Familiarity with rail operating procedures and timetable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate rail vehicles in accordance with procedures and timetable.
• Maintain safety, reliability and operational performance.
• Collaborate with operational colleagues for safe train services.
• Complete required driver training and modules.
• Care for equipment and property used in duties.
• Work as part of a safety-focused team.
