Workforce Road Services is seeking skilled Experienced Team Leaders and Traffic Controllers for ongoing works across the Northern inland region of NSW. You will ensure safe traffic management, coordinate crew activities, and adapt to changing site conditions.

Applicants must hold an unrestricted driver’s license, have reliable transport, and be flexible for night and weekend shifts. White card (WHS General Construction), Blue Traffic Controller, Yellow Implement Traffic Control Plans, WOF, and

Workforce Road Services is currently looking for skilled and experienced TEAMLEADERS and Traffic Controllers. Shifts available for ongoing works throughout the Northerninland.

About You

You have proven traffic control experience, come with a positive attitude and a willingness to work nights and weekends. You have the ability to work on your own or as a member of a team and be committed to ensuring a safe work environment.

Must have:

• Unrestricted Drivers Licence (No Learners)
• Reliable transport and willing to travel if needed
• Flexibility with shifts, available for call outs
