ATH Hire and Logistics – Wetherill Park NSW is seeking Experienced ABN Traffic Controllers & Team Leaders. The role focuses on safe traffic and pedestrian control at roadwork sites in line with TGS/TMPs, NSW legislation, and Australian Standards, ensuring safety for workers, road users, and the public.

Responsibilities include implementing traffic control, operating devices, setting up signage, and maintaining PPE and documentation.

Qualifications

• > Current Traffic Control qualification (TCR & IMP).
• > Valid White Card (General Construction Induction).
• > Valid ABN.
• > PWZ and TMA licenses are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• > Implement and maintain traffic control in accordance with approved TGS's and TMP's.
• < Safe control of vehicle and pedestrian movements using boom gates, stop/slow bats, and other approved devices
• < Set up, monitor, adjust, and remove traffic control signage and devices as required
• < Communicate clearly with motorists, pedestrians, site workers, and supervisors
• < Identify and report hazards, incidents, near misses, and non-conformances
• < Maintain a professional, courteous attitude at all times
• < Wear and maintain required PPE
• < Complete daily required site documentation and records

The role is critical to ensuring the safety of our workers, roadside crews, road users, and the public.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain traffic control in accordance with approved TGS's and TMP's.

• Safely control vehicle and pedestrian movements using boom gates, stop/slow bats, and other approved devices

Mandatory Requirements

• Ability to work both day and night

• Current Traffic Control qualification (TCR & IMP)

• PWZ and TMA licenses are an advantage

• Good communication skills

• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods

• Own Transport
