Job summary

TTW Engineers in Australia seeks a Structural Drafter to join our growing team. You will produce high-quality technical drawings and construction documentation for building and infrastructure projects, collaborating closely with structural engineers and architects.

You will contribute to drafting from initial sketches, coordinate documentation, and help improve drafting systems while communicating with project leaders and teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally around 5-10 years.
• Proficient in structural drafting using Revit.
• Strong understanding of BCA and relevant Australian Standards.

Responsibilities

• Draft from engineers' initial sketch design to working drawings for builders.
• Liaise with engineers and architects on documentation preparation and coordination.
• Assist in preparing preliminary sketch designs from architectural drawings as required.
• Input ideas to improve drafting systems and processes.
• Communicate project information to project leaders and teams.
