Energy Solution Centre is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Solar Roofer who takes pride in their workmanship to join our premium installation team on the Gold Coast. This is high-end residential and commercial solar work, delivered properly.

This is not volume work. This is not rushed installs. This is high-end residential and commercial solar work, delivered properly — with a crew that has your back and a business that is built to support installers, not burn them.

If you are sick of rushed jobs, messy warehouses, long drives, and being thrown under the bus, this is a different kind of setup. If you want to do things right and be recognised for it, we would like to hear from you.

Your Hours

• Standard hours 6:00am to 3:00pm (variable)
• Structured scheduling with no chaos and no last-minute reshuffling
• Optional weekend work available for those who want it
• Gold Coast based with minimal travel

What You Will Be Doing

• Installing residential and commercial solar mounting systems
• Working closely with electricians and apprentices on every project
• Ensuring installations are completed safely and to a high standard
• Maintaining exceptional workmanship on every job, every time
• Representing ESC professionally when on site with customers
• Identifying and solving installation challenges on site as they arise

The Projects

One of the things that makes this role different from a typical solar installation job is the quality and consistency of what you are working on.

• Residential solar systems from 8kW to 20kW
• Commercial solar systems from 20kW to 100kW and above
• Premium residential and commercial projects — no budget installs
• Crews of three to five, with lead installers supported by apprentices
• Jobs prepared and briefed properly before you arrive on site
• Clean, organised warehouse with no morning chaos

You are not rushing through volume jobs. You are delivering premium solar projects for customers who have chosen ESC because of our reputation. That reputation starts with what you do on the roof.

This Role Is Not For Everyone

We want to be straightforward with you. This role will not suit everyone and that is fine.

If you cut corners, rush workmanship for the sake of speed, or you prefer an environment where accountability is optional, this is not the right fit. This role is for Solar Roofers who take genuine pride in their trade, want to work within a professional team, and understand that doing things right is not a bonus — it is the baseline.

What We Are Looking For

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Proven experience as a Solar Roofer or Solar Installer
• Current height safety tickets and certifications
• A current Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)
• A strong commitment to safe work practices on every job
• A professional approach when representing ESC with customers on site

• Roofing experience across a range of roof types and materials
• Experience working on commercial solar systems of 20kW and above
• A background working within structured installation crews
