Adelaide Early Learning is seeking an Experienced Room Leader / Early Childhood Educator to lead an engaging and high-quality program in our Adelaide service. You will mentor colleagues, set a positive tone in the room, and collaborate with the leadership team to build a strong team culture and community trust.

You will deliver a compassionate, child-centred educational program, ensuring safety and compliance while supporting families.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a similar Room Leading role within early childhood education.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field is required.

About the Role

As a Room Leader you will be responsible for an amazing Educational program, mentoring of colleagues and setting the positive tone within the room and our centre. You will help to ensure that Adelaide Early Learning becomes known quickly as a leader in early childhood education through our positive community engagement and high-quality programs!

Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights including Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate working visas.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in a similar Room Leading role within early childhood education or share with us why you are ready for the 'next step' in your Early Childhood career.

Either a diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field is required.
