Hassett Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple client engagements from initiation to completion. You will establish delivery plans, coordinate resources and manage budgets, applying Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches to fit each engagement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering multiple technology projects and leading project teams.
• Strong planning and scheduling skills with ability to manage priorities and shared resources.
• Commercial capability across budgets, forecasting, scope management and change control.
• Experience applying Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery approaches.
• Confident client engagement skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Sound judgement, initiative and collaborative approach, able to work autonomously.
• Consulting or professional services experience is desirable; lean, fast-paced environments valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client projects from initiation through to closure, owning delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain realistic schedules, coordinating technical resources across engagements.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, scope and change control to protect profitability.
• Build trusted client relationships and manage expectations while challenging where needed.
• Anticipate risks and dependencies, resolve issues with clear recommendations.
• Apply governance and reporting across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid environments.
• Share knowledge and improve delivery practices within the PM community.
