Stone & Wood Murwillumbah is seeking Experienced Packaging Operators to join our Packaging Production Team on a permanent full-time basis. If you have hands-on packaging experience and can hit the ground running in a fast-paced brewery environment, we'd love to hear from you.

This role operates on a rotating shift pattern (Week 1 Day 6:00am–2:00pm; Week 2 Afternoon 2:00pm–10:00pm). You will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot packaging lines, maintain safety and quality standards, and contribute

• Hands-on experience in packaging operations within a manufacturing or production environment – essential.
• Experience operating, monitoring and troubleshooting packaging machinery.
• A good understanding of production processes, quality standards and safe working practices.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and responding to production challenges.
• A proactive, reliable attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work our rotating day and afternoon shifts.
• Experience in beverage packaging, bottling, canning or similar automated production lines will be highly regarded.

We’re looking for Experienced Packaging Operators to join our Packaging Production Team on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

We're heading into a busy production period and need hands-on operators who can hit the ground running, bring solid packaging experience, and help us keep producing the beers we're proud of.

Shift Pattern: This role operates on a rotating shift:

Week 1: Day Shift | 6:00am – 2:00pm

Week 2: Afternoon Shift | 2:00pm – 10:00pm

What we're looking for

This time around, we're specifically looking for people with previous experience operating packaging or production equipment, ideally within a brewery, beverage or FMCG manufacturing environment.

To be successful, you'll bring:
