CMW Geosciences is seeking a hands-on Geotechnical Engineer to join our busy team in North Ryde, Sydney. With a focus on quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design for infrastructure and energy projects, you will work with experienced engineers and geologists on meaningful work across Australia and New Zealand.

Geotechnical Engineer – CMW Geosciences

Since starting in Perth in 2012, CMW Geosciences has expanded to 18 offices with over 300 employees across Australia and New Zealand. We are hard-working, down-to-earth, and passionate engineers and geologists who provide quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to the construction infrastructure and energy sectors.

We are looking to bring on a motivated and hands‑on Geotechnical Engineer with at least two years of site experience to join our busy team in North Ryde, Sydney. What We're Looking for

• A Civil Engineering, Geology or Earth Science Degree
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Geotechnical Engineer in a consultancy setting
• Full Australian working rights, preferably citizenship or residency
• Experience working in New South Wales is strongly preferred
• Strong experience working onsite, problem‑solving, and communicating with clients and contractors.
• Previous exposure to proposal preparation and technical report writing
• Ability to travel to and work in regional NSW as required
• Good interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
