Job summary

RGIT Australia is seeking an experienced Formworker for a Full-time Permanent Associate role in Perth, WA. Immediate start with on-site work, attractive hourly rates, and top-up superannuation provisions.

You will read drawings, construct formwork templates, and ensure safety and quality on site. The right candidate has 3+ years of formwork experience, a valid WA driver’s license, and a White Card, plus strong teamwork and physical fitness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in formwork and on construction sites
• Current WA Drivers Licence
• Construction White Card
• Physically fit and able to work in a team

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans for formwork
• Creating formwork templates and tie installations for stability
• Inspecting formwork quality and safety to ensure regulatory compliance
• Assisting in setting, leveling, and alignment of formwork
• Discovering and correcting errors before concrete pour
• Striking formwork after the pour
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other trades on project status
• Reporting progress and incidents in the workplace
