The Star Sydney is seeking a Table Games Dealer to join our team and report to the Assistant Gaming Manager. You will deliver world-class guest service while ensuring smooth, accurate table game operations in a dynamic, entertainment-focused environment.

We value strong presentation, interpersonal and mathematical skills, and a passion for the casino industry. Availability for Friday/Saturday and Monday/Wednesday shifts is preferred.

Qualifications

As a Table Games Dealer reporting directly to the Assistant Gaming Manager, this role offers an extraordinary opportunity to provide world class guest service whilst ensuring the efficient and accurate operations of the table game.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of table games and deliver accurate gameplay
• Ensure assigned gaming tables are always equipped and operational
• Accurately track and rate player activity and participation
• Consistently demonstrate excellent customer service aligned with The Star's values
• Build positive relationships with guests, address their queries promptly, and elevate concerns to management

What we are looking for:

• Previous training and experience as a Tables Games Dealer in any game. Craps and Poker highly desirable
• Availability across a minimum of 3 days/nights, specifically for Friday/Saturday and Monday/Wednesday
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Most importantly, you will be passionate about the casino industry and strive to deliver 5-star service every time!
